We trialed deepscribe.ai and liked it, but its notes were too verbose.
Our Family Medicine providers thought it was great to not have to write up the note. But they thought it would be torture to have to read the AI note prior to seeing each patient. When seeing 25+ patients you only have a minute or two to read the patients note before entering the room. They felt the AI notes were just too long for that.
They said it was a good note to CYA, like maybe for a surgeon not as concerned with subsequent visits. It got all the information down, but it was not good for future visits. Has anyone used an AI Scribe that's concise, without losing anything important? Or one that's configurable so you can make it more concise?
It seems like there are dozens of AI Scribes today, and they will probably soon be added to most EMRs. But I've seen no comprehensive review/rating of them, so I don't know if there is a gem out there. It feels like the basic approach works, but it just needs better note writing.

I tried Freed, free trial, and it does do well. It is also a little verbose. You have to read the note, cut what you feel isn't needed and then paste into AC. I am not sure I will be using the paid version. I would use it if it would auto paste into AC.
