Hi, My practice - cannot open the AC app this morning. Is anyone else having the problem?

I have emailed AC support. No response.

There has been a "global tech incident" overnight. Are you using the hosted version of AC. May be the problem. I have not been able to log on Dragon Medical one because of this and EZClaim had issues, ehich has now been resolved.

I am assuming this affected some (or all) of AC's cloud users, but none of us who use the program on site.

Is that correct?

AC is not working for me.
I received the same 95% of clients restored message- yesterday.
However I used AC on cloud and still AC is not working

Same Here! Our AC is hosted as well and have been experiencing issues over the last week. BUT today AC is completely OUT. Not working at all....patiently waiting on AC support though...
