Hello all,
I am retiring and need to end my contracts with Amazing Charts/Harris. I can reach tech support and they have directed me to accounting. I can not get anyone to call me back. I have been trying for 3 weeks. The chat function is either closed or leaves me waiting for hours. I am so frustrated. Does anyone have a recommendation?
Thanks,
Avery

Are you changed EHR? If so which one or retiring? Best of luck.

Hi Dr Wood.

Congratulations on your retirement. I reached out to accounting on your behalf with the contact information we have on file for you. You can also email them directly at accounting@amazingcharts.com.

If you do not hear back in a day, please send me a PM and I will push this up the chain as far as I can.

According to the case logs, accounting was able to reach out to Dr Wood via phone and email yesterday.

Hi Larry,
I am closing my office - not fully retiring. I expect to return to doctoring part time after family medical issues have quieted.
Cheers, Avery

Thank you Mark!
I did finally hear from them and thanks again if you played any part in that. Instead of calling, they were emailing and it was getting caught in spam. I think I am all set now.
