Hello all,
I am retiring and need to end my contracts with Amazing Charts/Harris. I can reach tech support and they have directed me to accounting. I can not get anyone to call me back. I have been trying for 3 weeks. The chat function is either closed or leaves me waiting for hours. I am so frustrated. Does anyone have a recommendation?

Log into your AC accounts and delete payment methods/automatic renewal ?

Are you changed EHR? If so which one or retiring? Best of luck.

According to the case logs, accounting was able to reach out to Dr Wood via phone and email yesterday.

I am closing my office - not fully retiring. I expect to return to doctoring part time after family medical issues have quieted.

I did finally hear from them and thanks again if you played any part in that. Instead of calling, they were emailing and it was getting caught in spam. I think I am all set now.
