Hey all, weird problem that's come up within the last month.

When exporting claims from AC to text file (Office Ally), it's defaulting all claims to a place of service code of 11. Claims where the place of service has been changed within the claim in AC are not exporting with the code they were changed to. Everything else is exporting correctly, just not PoS. Nothing has changed, we are on version 11.1.1. But I just independently tested it, and all claims are defaulting to 11. Any idea why this is happening, or how to fix it?

Sorry no one has been able to help you. We do not use Office Aly so I can't help but though this would bump the thread for you.
Have you tried to get AC Support and Office Aly support on the phone at the same time?
I did that successfully when we were using Kareo billing and there was a problem with the 2 systems. I don't remember the exact problem but the 2 tech supports worked it out, this was a few years ago.

No worries, I figured it might be an isolated issue. But as far as support, AC support is a losing game. I've called them about 5 times over the last 2 weeks, and still haven't heard from them. But that's a whole other rant.

Use the chat box. I am always able to get help with chat. I may have to try several times but eventually get a tech and then they want access to the server and I let them do their thing to try and fix my issues.
