I know this can be done, but I can't figure out how to do it. PS I am asking for a friend. Of course, I would know how, but I didn't want to show off.

Hi Bert.
There is a function called "Visit Templates" at the top of the screen. This is essentially a multi-field template. Building these are a little different from the classic way of building a template, however. Here are the steps.
Start with a blank note, document every field with what you would like the template to say (for example, a standard physical). Once completed, click the "Enlarge Textbox" option at the top of the screen. Once that screen opens, there are a couple buttons at the bottom, one of them is "Save Visit Template". Click on this option. You will be taken to a screen where you can name your template, select a category for the template (well visit, sick visit, etc), and select which fields you want to save as part of that template (for example.. for a physical, I would want to save, CC, HPI, ROS, but I would not want to save PMH and SH as those would be unique for the patient). Once done, click save.
Now to use that template. Open a note and select the "Visit Template" button at the top, under date of service. Select the category, and the template within that category that you want... It will populate the fields chosen.
There are a couple other little tips and tricks that you can do. I might save those for our new "Amazing Charts Quarterly Update" webinar we will be starting next year. (more on that coming soon)

Thank you. I watched one of your webinars last night. A little below my level though as it was on regular templates. I am glad there are some things below my level, lol. Fantastic on this answer.

I didn't know I still had webinars out there. I do have to work on some new content, but I have a couple blockers with that. Hopefully I can start putting out AC content again next year.

Thanks to the forum I was able to set up a new Visit Template today. I had forgotten how and this thread came to mind (had to search). I did look at the link above and that is no longer active.
