So for many of you, clicking on Prescription Drug Monitoring at the top of the prescription writer, gives you an error message instead of going to the PMP site. I can't speak to whether it works on Windows 10 (I have heard it does), but I can tell you it doesn't work if you are running AC on a Windows 11 computer.
Below is the fix:
Type CMD in the search box next to Start, run as admin, type mmc at the cursor, File, select Add/remove Snap-in, double-click on certificates, select computer account, next, select local computer, finish, OK, click on arrow next to Certificates (local computer), click on arrow next to Personal, click on certificates, right-click on Harriscomputer.com, All tasks, select manage private keys, click on Everyone (if it doesn't exist click on Add, Advanced, Find now, everyone), OK, OK. Close MMC, Click yes to save console settings, Save.
You will now be able to click on Prescription Drug Monitoring at the top of the prescription writer and the PMP site will open. Wash, rinse, repeat on every Windows 11 computer.
If it doesn't or you are unable to do the directions above, let me know. If you find you can't do it, I will be happy to remote into your computer and do it for you.
