Hello all. We upgraded to version 10.1 about 2 weeks ago. Since then I get the above message in the providers box about 5 times a day! The interface between my PM and AC has always generated errors and exceptions for years which are nothing important and we have ignored them (usually they are a minor mis-spelling of their etc). The interface runs automatically several times a day but since the upgrade to 10.1, it generates an error message several times a day. I have looked into how to turn the msg off, asked tech support and no luck so far. Can anyone help?
