ChromeOS doesn't appear to work with the the RDP program to connect like Windows PC's do. Is there a way to connect to the cloud other than remoting in to an office PC and then going to the Cloud? The different apps I've used result in a smaller screen that makes it difficult to read and see.

I tried that and entering what the Windows RDP shows the login to be, XX-XXXXX.amazingchartshosting.com and it wouldn't connect.

I just off tech support with Christopher and he said that their vendor switched and Chromebooks and Chrome RDP are no longer compatible with the cloud.
