Vaccines are directly reported to the Citywide Immunizations Registry. When I ran a report I noted several things.
1)There is no CPT code for Quadracel a Sanofi product. It should be the same code as Kinrix, (90696)
2) The code for Vaqta should be 90633 not 90632 which the code for adult Hep A vaccine.
3) There is no option to pick Engerix-B vaccine, the only option available is Engerix-B (PF) which is a vaccine for dialysis patients. The code for Hep B should be 90744 for pediatric patients and this has to be manually put in. How can this be remedied.
