How can a practitioner retrieve information in the confidential section of a previous written note.
Thanks!

You can't. It's confidential. wink

I believe this functions like the other tabs next to "physical examination"... pictures and illustrations on the "Most Recent Encounters" screen... the one where we create notes.

In each case, information entered is saved with the encounter from that date. The information is not visible in "Past Encounters". The only way to see it is to go to the "Most Recent Encounter" tab and select the appropriate visit from the box at top left, under the current date. When the visit from that date is displayed, one can see the information from those tabs (pictures, illustrations, and confidential information).

Of course if you do not know the information is there, or which date it is associated with, it can be a challenge to find. This is one of the reasons I never use those tabs.
