Of course, I didn't read this before I answered over in the Shout Box.

So, just to make it more clear. When you pull the demographics and try to print to any printer, you get an "error message" that says, "Memory full -- unable to print demographics." Just important to use the right verbiage. I hope that doesn't sound bad.

Maybe this will make you feel better. And, I will probably learn something or look stupid. But, I can't even print demographics at all in 9.2. Just a few things come up.
I do have the same error message you do in another situation. Nothing to do with memory on the pc or SQL. I think just random.
But, while on many computers, I can print a regular script or somethings directly to printers, on mine I have to print to pdf, then print it.
I don't think I am helping.

The reason you are getting the out of memory error is because when processing that particular command, there is a bug that tries to allocate more memory to the printing operation than the system has available. Tech-support isn't helping you because they cannot help you. This is beyond their ability to resolve.
The solution is for AC to release a fix to the product which means waiting until the next version of AC unless AC releases a hotfix or something.

Hi All, I worked with the above practice last week and determined the issue was caused by uncompressed high-resolution patient images. When importing patient images it is important to try and use compressed images, preferably jpeg, under 200kb in size. Anything larger then that may cause issues like the kind presented here. To correct we had to resize the patient image, save as a jpeg instead of bmp, and re-import. Note: Amazing Charts will actually warn you when trying to import a file that is too large.
Thanks,
