I have been trying to use the PHQ-9 but when I get to the bottom and click the green arrow - nothing happens. It does not go into the imported items nor is any of the information saved. I have been copying the results and charting the results that way but there has to be an easier way.

Hi Dr Freed. You can contact support on this issue and they should be able to help. Basically the "auth services" need to be restarted. Also, make sure that your computers have "Internet Explorer 11" loaded on them. Other versions tend to error out the PHQ-9. You can chat in here and a tech should be able to help: http://amazingcharts.com/support/help-me-now/

As a psychiatrist I use the PHQ-9 as part of my check-in sheet on every patient. The automated version AC has only gives you the total score, not the breakdown. I can look at the scanned in version to see how bad the insomnia is or suicidal ideation. Good screen, look for scores above 5 but won't help with specifics unless you see all items.
