I do not use EPCS, I am wondering if there is a method of tracking prescriptions that called out. Currently, if I have a prescription for something like Tylenol with Codeine, I open the chart, click prescribe with "call out to regular pharmacy" in the comment line, close out of the transmit screen, and send the chart to my Medical assistant to call out, she will then document this phone call in the chart right after the prescription. My problem is that this prescription does not show up under the daily prescriptions. Is there a method that would allow me to track these call-outs without opening every chart? Interestingly, prescriptions that are actually printed out on the printer can be tracked more easily. Marlon
