Not an AC issue, so I apologize but this problem is driving me to drink and I would appreciate any help from anyone who uses the "spot" vision machine.
We have it setup so that it connects to a certain IP address on our network and when we go to that IP address, it shows us the list of tests done, we select the most recent test and it displays it as a pdf to be printed. It has worked like this for over 3 years.

Well, for the past 2 days, it will display the latest test (with the time stamp and everything). However, the pdf that opens is the same one over and over again. I've restarted the machine, restarted the PC, restarted the wifi access point, uninstalled and reinstalled the pdf reader, its still showing the same patient from 2 days ago...WTF?

Are you sure the IP address didn't change?

You may just be looking at a cached version of the page.

Hi Sandeep,
No, I believe the IP is correct because it shows on the home screen of the vision screener.

I would check to see if the OS on the vision machine updated.

Did the vision software on the machine update?
Are the permissions on the shared directory/files the same?
files in the same location?

I'm guessing it the vision machine

Thanks for the replies. Welch Allyn did suggest getting a software update but that requires me to send the machine in for 2-3 weeks and that's not practical right now due to physical season.
We did manage to do a factory reset to the screener machine and that fixed the issue.
