We are having issues with Updox for at least a week or more. We keep being unable to log on, keeps saying incorrect password and the tech support said they were having problems. Worked yesterday, not today. Also we are not getting e-Rx requests faxed by CVS and Caremark and they claim they are sending refill requests but we aren't getting them. Updox says it's not their fault. I think AC needs a new vendor.

What are you doing?????????????? We are having the password problems as well, I've had to reset the staff's passwords a few times already. Not good
