On my client computers, often when clicking on the "prescribe" button, the e-rx page gets "locked" with a red/maroon bar at the top of the page, and I am unable to enter a medication or check interactions. Amazing Charts then encounters a problem and shuts down.

What I have been doing to remedy the problem is to log out of Amazing Charts completely, restart, and open the chart again. Then I am able enter in the data for about 2-3 more charts then the problem happens again.

Sound familiar to anyone?

What happens when you take off allergy and interaction checking?

Same problem. Doesn't seem to affect anything. It's only happening on the Windows 7 clients running Mac Parallels.

I started noticing the same issue on client computers since I upgraded to Windows 10. I though tit was a Windows 10 issue. I usually open and close the prescription tab a few times until the maroon bar at the top clears and then am able to write a script.

Have you submitted the bug to Amazing Charts through the "Help" , "Report a bug"?
