This pharmacy listed in the subject line is now a preferred pharmacy in every single one of my patients' charts. Why is this happening and how can I get rid of this?

Part of the latest CMS Meaningful Use rules. All prescriptions must go to that pharmacy. Patients will just have to travel.  Actually, see this. Contact AC and they will run a script that eliminates this.
