Received an email about updox reminders. Anybody using it? Is it easy and affordable?

We tried for a few weeks and then stopped. There were too many bugs.

BUGS in UPDOX? What a grand SURPRISE! Is it just me or are there MULTIPLE bugs/hiccups/call it whatever, in ALL systems, including AC, that are affiliated with AC. Love them all, but the amount of time my small office spends with tech support for all areas is insane. I hope that I am not the Lone Ranger.

Actually, I find that Updox works very well for us. The only issues we have had are when their servers are non-responsive, which seems to be occurring less frequently in the last few months. But we don't use their reminders.
If you want to talk about bugs, read the forum and shoutbox regarding ACPM. That sounds like a mess; I'm glad we never switched.
