I'd like to know where the formulary list comes from. New Crop? SureScripts. It makes little sense. I want to prescribe Viibryd, a pure serotonergic drug and it populates the alternatives bupropion (mostly noradrenergic) and Brintellix as alternatives, not even generic SSRI's. Anyone know?
