Our practice management program, Total MD, accepts the completed billed charts from AC but unfortunately does not produce a list of the charts that were sent over, especially if the chart was completed 2-3 days after the visit. Is there anyway I can get this information from AC? It would have to include the patient name, id number , and the date the patient was seen, not the day the note was completed. Thanks G

Well, the name, ID# and DOB are easy if you have signed the chart. I don't know how AC would know you saw a patient any other way, but I don't know.

But, to know what patients you saw and completed on any given day, just hit CTRL + D at the main screen and select the date range and then selection Pull Bills. Alternatively, you can click on Billing at the top of the window. If this works, maybe you can figure out how to capture charts which weren't signed.
