OP congdoc Member Joined: Feb 2008 Posts: 14 south carolina	Our practice management program, Total MD, accepts the completed billed charts from AC but unfortunately does not produce a list of the charts that were sent over, especially if the chart was completed 2-3 days after the visit. Is there anyway I can get this information from AC? It would have to include the patient name, id number , and the date the patient was seen, not the day the note was completed. Thanks G
