We are a new, single provider family practice looking into submitting claims through a clearinghouse. Navicure sounds like it would be great but how does it work with AC? Also noticed in previous discussions EZ Claims has been used. We are unsure of all this since AC's billing software is not complete. Please help.

Thanks!

Well EZ Claims is supposed to be the only one that interfaces almost seamlessly with AC and all without the extra cost of X-Link too. That being said if you search for previous threads and PM a few EZ, AC users you might get the info you are seeking....

We've used EZ Claims for two years. There's a few little twitches here and there, but overall it serves its purpose. It's fairly user friendly, cheap and has pretty good technical support (there's a user board like this, but they get back to you very quickly). They admit that they aren't a accounting program, but if your biller has experience, this shouldn't be a problem. It has options for EDI as well. They have a free trial, so maybe that's your best option. If you have other questions or concerns, let me know.

I have been using EZclaim and Navicure for the past year. Navicure is the clearinghouse and EZclaim is the billing program which interfaces with AC. I would be more than happy to go talk to you in detail about it. You can email me at drpimentel@aobfc.com if you want more details. I am extremely pleased with Navicure. EZclaim is easy but you have to be attentive because it is a versatile, simple program but serves its purpose, cheap too!

Hey, I had a demo from Navicure--the Cure for the Common Claim. So, what do you think of them. Obviously you like them overall since you still have them, but how about the plusses and minuses?
