Is anyone using AC in the Cloud service and recently updated to a newer version? IF so, are you having any issues with overall slow speed or freezing up?

Yes.
Upgraded from version 6.x to 8.1.1 a few weeks ago.
Main problem is slow speed opening and closing patient charts, about 3-4 seconds each.
Otherwise speed seems ok.

That time to open charts in 8.x is the good typical for the 8.x, when it becomes significantly longer that performance tuning becomes more important.

With the advent of government mandated MU2, there are more things that have to happen, thus the same features you are used to take longer. So, the "MU2 tax" is just a given until AC builds the big MU-OFF button into the product for users.

Think you will develop the MU-off button before AC does

The business model that made Amazing Charts attractive to Pri-med requires meaningful use, especially the drug interaction databases, formularies, immunizations, etc.
We are not likely to see MU-off button, unless AC is reclaimed.
