Since I have set AC to automatically send the clinical summary for an encounter when I sign the encounter, is there any way to set the default option to "Full Patient Record" when I export the clinical summary using the button on the summary sheet. I'm getting tired of having to change it every time I export the full record to meet MU2 core 7a.
Even better would be a way to automate this task so that I could tell AC to export both the encounter and full patient record summary sheet at the end of each visit (or even at the end of the clinic day).

There is no way in the program to set the default dropdown to be "Full Patient Record", but there is a solution coming. In version 8, we can give you the option to send the full patient record automatically to the patient portal when signing the chart. Sending the full patient record counts for both the "Electronic Exchange" core and the "Clinical Summary" core as well. You would still need to take into consideration the time constraints for each of those core items, but this will make workflow on those 2 cores significantly easier.
