Anyone had a problem with downloading version 7.1.3? I keep getting a message that Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) appears to have failed. I am running Windows 7.

Do you have an Internet connection on the machine you are using? The new AC installer downloads the prerequisites from the Internet instead of having them built-in to the installer.

Try manually installing it:

I tried that and got an error that says that it was not installed due to Generic Trust Failure. I imported the digital Signature in the vc_red.cab file but it still give me the same error.

Final Result: Installation failed with error code: (0x800B010B), "Generic trust failure. " (Elapsed time: 0 00:00:05).

Did you try running the vc_red.msi file directly?
