I have a set up with 4 all-in-one M Tech computers and a local server running Windows 7, in addition to an HP desktop recently added and some M Tech laptops. I have a local, hard wired set up. I have had this system for almost 3 years, with the exception of the HP desktop, added this year. Even though the all-in-one computers were purchased at the same time from the same company, one of them would do exactly what you are talking about, repeatedly, over the last several months. Amazing Charts personnel could not determine the cause nor could my local IT support. I ended up having to wipe the drive and reinstall everything on the computer that was giving me trouble because we could not figure out why it crashed. I suspect that there is some component that is different from the other computers. Have you check the Windows error log? Open Event Viewer by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Security, clicking Administrative Tools, and then double-clicking Event Viewer. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation. You may be able to find some helpful information from there.
