The practice has been unable to send out secure messages to the patient portal yesterday and today.

Getting the following error in the Transactions screen.



And the following error when trying to send from the chart note.




I have confirmed that the 'Amazing Charts Auth Service' is running on the server. I even stopped, and restarted this.

Any ideas?

AC support fixed this by changing Amazing Charts Auth Service to "Automatic" instead of "Automatic Delayed"

Now the real question is: Why did this break after working correctly for 12 weeks.

Also, has anyone had success with using the 'send/receive all' button in this transaction log. All my messages that are listed as pending are now stuck on 'sending to updox'
