The practice has been unable to send out secure messages to the patient portal yesterday and today.

Getting the following error in the Transactions screen.

And the following error when trying to send from the chart note.

I have confirmed that the 'Amazing Charts Auth Service' is running on the server. I even stopped, and restarted this.

Any ideas?
