So does anyone have a radiology interface that imports an image? Or even a working link to an image? Why are they doing this to us?

If you look at the "EXCLUSION" criteria for MENU 3 - anyone ordering less than 100 tests are exempt. When you order any imaging ,do not order through the IMAGING tab, Use the OTHER tab so in that way it does not record your order and you will be excluded or exempt from that item. Hope this helps. Also, the exclusion also states "any EP who has no access to electronic imaging results at the start of the EHR reporting period". Meaning that if you do not have a radiology interface at the start of the reporting period, you can be excluded as well.
Most radiology interfaces do not import the image itself, but a link to view the image on an external site. The ones that do import the image, do so as an embedded PDF to take up less room than a standard image.
