Hi,
Wish that the remove all [current] diagnosis button was located somewhere on the Pt Summary form other than at the bottom of the scroll bar for current diagnosis frame. I hate to tell you how many times I have accidentally hit that button [unable to undo this action-have to use add button and add each current diagnosis back in-but now with the wrong date!]. If there is a workaround or way to undo, someone please tell this poor soul. I suppose I could use the arrow keys to scroll or mouse scroll wheel, but it is not second nature for me.

Thanks

Another option to recover would be to click on the "Show Inactive Problems Only" then click reactivate each one. This will maintain their original active date.

I'll see what we can do about moving that button over a bit to minimize this in the future.

Thanks, Chris--process is tedious but works!
