Has anyone run into this? Seems my credit card on file has expired and needs to be updated but this seems like a weird way to update info. Why not provide the new info to AC and let them reset seamless to us?

We will be resetting your subscription on X at X pm EST. After that time you can login to www.amazingcharts.net/ac to repurchase your service. You will still be able to use Amazing Charts* after the subscription is reset, and your eRx will turn back on immediately upon repurchase.

I got the same message. Our stated date has come and gone. Everything seems to still be working. Nothing has changed, no options in my portal to change payment method or that it has expired. I have sent several messages to AC and have gotten no reply.

We got the same message a while ago too. It made me realize how impractical their system is. I was able to talk to a representative by calling support but the person couldn't "access" our account to just update our CC over the phone. I think somebody in their accounting department even asked us to email them our new CC information!...Or to just wait until our service term officially ended and then purchase Guardian Angel support again. I ended up doing it that way to protect our information. Luckily it was after business hours in case their was a lapse in service but it actually turned on immediately again.

I also was able to get mine renewed today with help of accounting support.
