I was wondering if there was a way on AC to pull the total amount of $$ collected including co-pay, and Insurance payments. I am able to pull the copays on one form but can't seem to figure out how to get the insurance $$ collected added in.

Welcome VMan.
Due to inherant weaknesses of the AC billing software, I do not use it. I use an older by robust system called Medware produced by Sage.
We use this as our scheduler and billing software.
We use AC only as a virtual chart.
