I've been using AC for a year and have an issue. The ability to import meds prescribed by others is great but I am looking for an easy way to delineate these as external. Sometimes it's difficult for staff to figure out what I prescribe and need to refill. I have tried using the UT DICT abbreviation in SIG field so we can see it's not mine but it messes up CCD's or Rx lists patients need. Putting 1 in the DISP field makes it identifiable in the Rx History lookup. Best practices, anyone?

I put "hospital" in the refill line. I will get a red note saying that is not proper but it goes through.
