Hi,
One of my clients has Amazing 6.5.6 and updox. They have been scanning for months with no issues, the scanned documents used to go to updox without issue. Now, if they scan over 3 pages, the scans appear in updox as multi page PDF. Unfortunately, one or two pages of the scanned batch appears as a duplicate page but not as pdf. Appears as a tiff file. I have support case with updox started but it's been 2 days since last correspondence from updox. I'm the support engineer for 5 clinics with Amazing and updox.
Can anyone help me to solve this, the client going a little wonky! They have stopped scanning until the issue is solved and that's creating a huge back log of scanning.

Can you explain your process, do you scan file to a folder which updox monitors and them imports? Just curious if the files in the scanned folder are ok? You may have an issue with the scanner software not updox. We scan from our copier to a network folder and then updox central monitors folder and brings into updox.

We've scanned some documents to Updox today that have more than 3 pages. The pages are showing up as usual - not in PDF form.

Just to close the loop, we spoke with John today and this was caused by something his recently updated ScandAll scanning software was doing.
