On random occurrences we receive a windows "APPCRASH" for application Amazing Charts.exe (for Amazing Charts in the Cloud) with the Fault Module Name of ntdll.dll. It is almost always on a reconnect (not the first login after a restart), but it doesn't happen every time. If we wait some time after receiving the error and try to log back in, usually we make it through without the RemoteApp giving us any trouble. Ideas why?
