GRRRRRR Ok - so we have Updox for our faxes and to import into our EHR. We also have an interface with Quest lab and Health-lab.
We were getting dropped faxes page 1 of 2 for the paper fax in Updox only from Health-lab. No one can figure out why or who's fault it is!!!! Ugh!
Now - it has escalated we are NOT getting our labs imported into A/C. I have called 3 days and had nice tech's but no one can tell me why all of a sudden.
Has anyone else found this in the last week happen to them? or maybe a tier 500 tech can answer it!

The direct HL7 import from Quest to AC working fine for me today. No problems recently. I do not use Health-lab however.

No problems w/ Quest direct HL7 imports on our side and no UPDOX issues either

Ok Thanks - I got up to a tier 3 "Craig" who helped after the first guy said it was not their problem. Then I got the 2nd tier help guy and he said they are switching the labs to a "hub" with the new version - we still have the 6.3.3. that didn't make sense. So waited today and still not working.
I have learned to wait until the updates come out after the upgrade release to get the kinks out.
Forget the office stuff and call backs waiting and now I have to worry about these labs getting into the system that are piling up.
