Just for fun and to see how it works, I added the Shout Box. Some forums use it, some don't. It is to be used for fun, e.g. where is Sandeep or as KenP says about the ePrescribe (I apologize for being an asshole before especially to jimmie).

If it goes over, I think it will start off rather fast. The downside would be having to do one more thing such as scroll up. Personally, I would ignore posts already written.

One thing you don't want to do is ask major questions like how do I move templates? You won't get much help that way and we would direct that user to direct him or her. Another feature is I think there is an (x) next to your statement so you can delete your comment.

Please let me know what you think. It is for quick info and fun.

No need to apologize, as I think we all have similar interests on the user board.

My main interest is to be as productive as I can as an internist, with the "tools" at hand, and realize that the tools are imperfect, as we are as human beans.

I am still, as from when I started using AC, quite impressed with the functionality and simplicity of this particular "tool" and it has served as the backbone so that I have been able to add other "tools" to assist in my efficiency at the office.

I realize I get wordy and a bit over the top trying to understand and get the most out of all these fun new "tools" (new to me) and do not want to upstage or belittle anyone, and using this medium of the user board has been extremely helpful, in that endeavor.

So, thank you for your apology, but I am still adapting to communicating in this fashion to so many at one time that it still boggles the mind, but I do appreciate you and everyone on the user board, which makes AC an even better "tool".

I like the idea of the shout box and have never heard of it before, so hope that added feature will find its place.

What is the purpose of shout box Jimmie?

With my vast array of knowledge and wisdom, I had never heard of Natty Boh until today on the Shout Box. I think if consumed in large quantities one can be "transported" from Baltimore to the shores of Hawaii. Sounds like the University of Maryland integrates this form of ale into their educational process included with the tuition somehow. So it is an educational forum to learn fun trivia like that.

It's basically an instant message only with multiple people. You make comments that while they make sense there would not work well in a thread/post format. So, if the Baltimore Ravens were to lose in the Super Bowl, I may give JBS a hard time about it, with "How bout those Ravens?" in the Shout Box, where I would never start an entire thread for that.
