I have about 800 patients in my practice and for unknown reasons on 2 of them I cannot print anything out. No Rx's, no letter, nothing. I've tried from various other workstations with no luck. When I look in the Rx window, I see I've tried printing Rx'es (controlled substances) several times. No problem with e-Rx though. These are the only 2. Thoughts?

Welcome to the board Shrinkrap!
Until the experts chime in, my guess is that those 2 records have been corrupted, especially if you are using a peer to peer network.
Until you can get some valuable advice you might call support at AC. If that doesn't help, consider adding one of the patients again to see if you can print from that record, which I assume you could.
Then, unless you can find another cause, you have to troubleshoot how it got corrupted. The server side of AC is good at preventing data corruption. So you may need better advice

Guaranteed support will not know. Nothing personal. You could have someone look at your database. They could likely tell.
Can you print to pdf. And, then print from there?
