OP DenverFamDoc Member Joined: Mar 2010 Posts: 12 Denver, CO	Hello Everyone- I am wondering if anyone has encountered the situation of having a provider leave their practice while using Amazing Charts? I know in most group practices the group owns the patient records and if a provider leaves, they cannot take their "charts" with them. But what if you are in a two physician practice that both physicians are leaving the practice but each of them only wants to take their own charts with them from the original Amazing Charts database they share? Unlikely I realize but anyway to split up the Amazing Charts database when a physician leaves? Any other thoughts on this? Ben Schnurr, DO
