I have seen this a lot recently. In fact, I think with every prescription. Did something change? Do I have to change something in AC? It was working great last time. Granted, as a surgeon I hardly ever write prescriptions that qualify to be sent electronically so it may have been a few days / couple of weeks. I was trying to prescribe prevpac: I has happened with several different pharmacies and patients.

Failure Reason:
Patient: xxxxx, xxxxx (DOB: xx/xx/xxxx; ID: xxxxx) 32 year old woman
Prescription: amoxicillin/clarithromycin/lansoprazole oral kit
Take 4 pills by mouth BID X 2 Weeks (14d) As Directed Dispense: 1 PH Prescribed By: GERARDO
Pharmacy: RITE AWAY PHARMACY AND MEDICAL (2701 SOUTHWEST MILITARY DRIVE)

I don't think it is an Amazing Charts' issue if it has always worked. It may be something to do with New Crop. One thing's for sure, though, I think it is a technical support issue. I would recommend pinging tech support, and let them fix it.

Good luck.

Update:
My office manager, IT person, and AC spent 3 hours trying to figure out why e-scrips were failing. Eventually, AC recommended calling NewCrop, the company that AC uses for electronic scripts. They said "oh yeah, we had a glitch, all you have to do is reset the information under electronic prescribing... " It would have been nice if this information had been shared with us before so we did not have to waste 3-4 hours of our lives. Anyways, if anyone is having this issue, call NewCrap, sorry, NewCrop.

I hate to brag, but I have to take a little credit on this one. I wouldn't blame New Crop. I would blame AC Tech Support. Shouldn't they be all over issues New Crop has. Why didn't they tell you to call New Crop right away?

Agree Bert. Particularly since they seemed to know my prescriptions have been failing to transmit since April 18 and did nothing about it.
