I use the Decision Support function a great deal to follow things, including rules I have made myself.

On the summary sheet, I can print the completed items, but all it prints is the grid with dates. Has anyone discovered a way to print the completed items with not only the date, but the text that I may have entered?

For a colonoscopy, for instance, I will enter the details of the findings, the performing doctor's name and the recommended followup. It would be nice to be able to print all of this in a summary for the patient.
