FMQAI, the Medicare Quality Improvement Organization for Florida and HealthCamp Florida would like to extend an invitation for you to attend HealthCamp Tampa 2013 Learning and Action Network (LAN) on Friday, May 10, 2013 on the campus of the University of South Florida, Marshall Student Center, Tampa, Florida.
The LAN engages physician practices and other stakeholders that influence health care within communities ? employers, health plans, government agencies, policy makers, and social service providers ? to find ways to collaboratively manage their limited resources to optimize the health of their patients. The conference starts at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 5:00 p.m. on May 10, 2013.
