Anyone know of a good billing and coding course? Also anyone know of what we need to know with ICD-10...is there a good website of information on this?

I know that Careerstep offers ICD 10 training programs that you could look into. The ICD 10 is the 10th revision of the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems (ICD), a medical classification list by the World Health Organization (WHO). It codes for diseases, signs and symptoms, abnormal findings, complaints, social circumstances, and external causes of injury or diseases. Currently the ICD 9 is used by coders in the states, but the ICD 10 will be implemented on October 1, 2014.
