Is anybody having problem with designing a fax coversheet? First of all the title of the coversheet is right aligned and it looks so ugly. Currently they do not have any capability to center align. Also, there is no way to put the company logo. The formatting is so limited that hardly anything can be modified. Any ideas??

Thanks

You could always make your own cover sheet in whatever word processing program you use. When you are going to send a fax via Updox, you can print your cover sheet to Updox as well and fill it out. That way it will be customized to your liking.

Sahs,
Although the options are somewhat limited, the fax cover sheet can be readily customized.
In Updox, go to Admin...Fax settings...Cover sheet.
You might begin by erasing the "default" heading (for us, that was the blocky "Medical Fax" that is right-justified.
Type the text you want, select it, and use "Heading 3" for "Font format". You can use the space bar to move the header, and you can also play with the other heading font formats. You can change font size, etc.
You can also copy an image from elsewhere (e.g. your practice logo) and paste it into the coversheet.

Thanks Marty and Jon. You guys gave me very good ideas. I never thought abt it. I kept trying to make the heading center-aligned and finally got tired and came here to find out. I am glad I got my answer.
