Since upgrading, I have noticed intermittent absence of meds on med list on established patients. However, if I double click, the med list appears enlarged, and after closing med list is persistently absent. Called support today, and sound like a bug with 6.3.3. The fix is to copy and paste the med list from previous note to the current note, but you have to use control+C and control + V, because copy and paste will not work, but the control+c and v does work. Maybe this has been discussed before, but I do not recall that it has recently.

Seems like a rather big bug. What a pain to have to copy & paste.

Its a real pain in the arse. Anyone else having this problem? If it is common, I suppose this should be in the problem column.

I'm still on 6.010. I have been waiting a while to upgrade to see if there were any problems. Guess I'll wait a bit before I upgrade.

Dear Marty,
I would like to know if this meds have continued to be an issue once a new chart has been signed for the patient? Are the meds missing from current meds just for that encounter?

No, I just opened the problem patient from the other day and meds are present now. And accurate.
