Apparently version 7, which will be introduced and talked about at ACUC, will have PMS in it. I'm waiting to see what it offers. For now I'm with Sage and we operate it separate from the ehr. I'm hoping to change that soon. If anyone has any suggestions, I would also like to know

I have used EzClaim for the past 6 years with their electronic billing package through the Availity clearinghouse. It is relatively inexpensive and works well for me. I am able to submit all of my bills electronically and a majority of paymnents come back electronically and are automatically posted including BC/BS of Illinois, humana, medicare cigna, Aetna and United. They are very helpful. I will however be considering the integrated solutionin Version 7 of AC

I have been using Office Ally for the last 3 months, since my previous PM program of 15 years wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to do a new link to a clearinghouse that would send Medicare (I previously sent via direct modem). I have been very pleased so far and have been getting paid quickly. I am not using their accounting module however so I cannot comment on that. BUT, OA is FREE!!!
