When a fax comes in upside down it gets placed into my chart the same way. Very annoying. The staff says they flip it to no avail prior to attachment to chart.
Process is done through samsung fax server, auto PDF and manually attached.

Are they saving the PDF file after they flip it? Meaning they flip the PDF file, save it and then they import it into the chart.

I have one office in particular and despite my nurse calling multiple times faxes us stuff upside down chronically--we use updox and before importing into AC my nurse uprights the pdf and once in AC is in the upright position. But i don't thinks she saves the pdf file once uprighted before sending to AC, but I'll ask her tomorrow.

Yes, they flip the file save, have tried "save as", same outcome.

Just checked with my nurse and I know this is apples to oranges, but with the updox there is a flip all tab under the option section and in 1-2 seconds the tabbed items you want flipped are uprighted sent, not saved, sent to AC and appear upright in AC--

Not sure about updox, but I can tell you that neither Adobe Acrobat full (v7) nor cute PDF will save them as flipped, they are still upside down.

When flipped in Paperport and saved before importing into AC, they stay upright.
