I have been using Office Ally to up-load my Horizon BC/BS NJ claims. Up until recently I have not had a problem. Now, I am getting "rejected at clearhouse level". I called office ally to find out why. They have advised me that block 24J of the cms-1500 is to be BLANK if it is the same NPI # as block 33A. Can anyone advise how this can be fixed?
I enter the insurance info but I am not aware of any controls as to what is pulled in electronically.
