When signing off labs and other reports there is no button to access patient's chart to look at old reports or labs to compare.
Is there a way to toggle between sign off section and patient's chart.

Is there a way? No...and yes. I agree that "it sucks" and there should be a way to do it without what I describe below.

The way I do it on occasion takes a few clicks... The first is on Logmein Ignition, and the second is on the "back machine". That is the old machine that is on our network but is unassigned to any user, and has no monitor and no keyboard. I keep AC open on it, and in this circumstance, I open the patient's chart, see what I need, and come back to the sign-off.
Others may do it with a VM.

This is probably one of my biggest problems with AC. You should be able to access a note or prior labs while signing stuff off. You can use your mouse over the prior office visit notes, but I can't always see the whole note.. Sometimes it cuts off either the top or bottom of the note.

You almost have to have a "sign off station", two computers side by side. Both PC's running AC, one to sign off the labs and the other to read the note.
